It is my understanding that numerous people have contacted you in regards to the online behavior of Sgt. Robert Casey. And to present nothing has been done to halt his online stalking and harassing..I am a friend to the lady that he has been stalking and harassing , first known to me as only by her screen handle: "MoodyIsAsMoody". Sgt. Casey would type her handle, or various oddities to it, like "MoodyTheConvict", "MoodyExConvict", "MoodyTheFelon" over and over. He's used many humilating Moody names I have many of them I kept, I couldn't believe this from a man who is supposed to be in law enforcement?
Sgt. Casey uses these names in a derogatory and humilating manner in public chat rooms that Ms. Monroe isn't even in, presumably to bait people into believing it's her and then he would type her full real name. When I instant messaged Moody, she confirmed that was her real name, Leslie Monroe, which she said was not listed on her AOL account.
I have seen him personally attack her verbally and threaten her well being, and refer to her as a cop killer in an Aol chat room.
I think it would be to your departements best interest to investigate this matter. It is my opinion that Sgt.. Casey has deep psychological problems and is not fit to be a police officer who is suppose to be protecting citizens not stalking them.
Aol has been notified and is investigating his account. It would certainly look bad on your department if this matter is not looked into as requested by numerous tax paying citizens. I can only hope he isnt using a department issued computer for his online behavior. Isnt that a Federal offense? What a disgrace to the badge, and to think that your department is not taking this
issue seriously.
We, are prepared to go to your local media; this includes the Houston Press, local TV news and any other law agency who will bring this matter to a conclusion for it's obvious Sgt. Casey has acceeded his authorities here. Sgt. Casey has violated several of my friends by revealing personal and protected, private informations that he appears to have garnered by using his police
position. He's boasted as little in several of the AOL chat rooms I was visiting, so you Mr. Perez need to investigate this matter and punish Sgt. Casey. He seems to be increasing his harassments to Ms. Monroe, and to Ms. Loveday
(TheCWFGoddess) not to mention another woman, "OnlyCandiNTx".
